HOW DOES IT WORK?

Starting with the initial consultation, we'll spend 15 minutes over the phone discussing your requirements and budget, an indication of terms will be given over the phone and full written terms will be sent to you by email within 24 hours.

AGREEMENT IN PRINCIPLE
FULL MORTGAGE APPLICATION

Once you have had an offer accepted on a property, Hope Mortgage Solutions will complete the full mortgage application on your behalf with the lender, all supporting documentation will be sent and we will keep you up to speed as and when anything progresses with the application.

A face to face meeting or further telephone discussion will be booked to present the full mortgage recommendation and complete a fact find, at this point Hope Mortgage Solutions can secure an agreement in principle with the lender and provide you with the certificate. 

FULL MORTGAGE OFFER

Once the lender has approved all of the supporting documents, underwriting and valuation of the property a full mortgage offer will be issued. A copy of your mortgage offer will be sent to you, your mortgage adviser and your solicitor

EXCHANGE AND COMPLETION

Once the lender has issued the full mortgage offer, Hope Mortgage Solutions will be in touch to discuss your protection requirements, and keep in touch with you, your estate agent and solicitor right through until exchange and completion.
